Employment based green card

My sister is a US citizen and wishes to initiate my green card process.
I am working currently and will have my company initiate my green card as well. Will it be a probelm if i apply for a family based green card and an employment based green card?

No it wouldnt be a problem to apply for family based GC..But u mite get ur employment based faster than the family based one..Its always nice to have a back up i guess if their is no issue having both process going on simultaneously
