I wanna ask about me and my foreign fiance,,he was married to a filipina since 1995,,they get married only in Philippines not in U.S.. and his x wife is U.S citizen. Right now They already divorced 8 yrs now of this year.,,I want to know why it is happen they were got divorced In the United States since they get married in Philippines only? also,,me and my fiance can marry here in Philippines? even divorcement is not legalize here? what should I do,please help me to give the steps what should I do about it.
