Any baddy have same application and share Exp. with me, I was jus applied my parents GC last 25th sep.(I-130, I-485,G-325A, I-765) in chicago Lock box. How this process works, because i didn't recevived my postal receipt back yet, i was did the Express mailed with return receipt and they was recevied 28th sep. 9:00pm. I am really voried about the procee, how it's works? it's all process going smoothly or complicated? i was try don't make any mistake in all forms, before applied i was check with Attorny too.
My special Question is : My parentys B2 visa expiry date is 11/27/2008 and they have 10 years entry viza if they process is not finish before B2 Expiry they can stay here lagally after expired B2 ?
Please share any baddy all Experiance entire process... if don't mind....
