Unusal Case

Please advise... Marriage Based Greencard
I finished interview on Feb 2008, received 130 Approval on end of Feb 2008. But during the interview, the officer said she needs to obtain two other cases (I do have other two cases open) from other offices so she can review and close them. It should only took 1-2 months.
I checked via Infopass three times, and they said only one file was obtained so far, and they have absolutely no control over when the other file will be sent. So my case is just pending....
What can I do now? Should I apply for another I485?

The first one is through my BROTHER/ Family Based.
The second one is through EMPLOYMENT.

Well, applying for another I-485 will do nothing for you. You need to continually make infopass appointments to find out the status... sadly, there is nothing to do but wait.
