I have been married 6 months. I have got I 765 and I 485. Fingerprints taken. My wife assault me. She is on probation because she punched her exhusband. She did the same thing to me. I did not want to call the Police Department bicause I do not want to put her in the jail. I just left her.

I do not know what to do now I do not want to lose my paper work now. I took a couple of picture of me after the incident just in case if I need
to prove something. I have heard about the I 360.Can I applay for I 360 and waht I need to do about this situation?

It may be possible for you to get green card based on battered spouse.
However, for that, you will have to file police complaint etc.
