• Do I have to file for my divorce in India and in US or ON LY IN INDIA ...since our marriage was registered in India and not in US
• If we get divorced in India and do not file for divorce in US, ...do i have to decalre in my CITIZENSHIP application about my divorce..??
• What are the consequences of my re-marriage and my new spouse. Would I be able to bring her w/o any issues as a normal immigration..??
