questions regarding F1 to Green card based on green card holder parents i m 19 yr old

My daughter is on F1 status here in USA . My daughter is just 19 year old. I am her mother and my Green card just got approved. I want to file petition to convert her status from F1 to green card.
I have following questions.

1) Can she qualify for adjustment of status ? If yes how long does it take get A # ? will the case follow regional office processing time such as vermont or new jersey local immigration office for I-485?

2) If filed at local office for example newark center, processing time is about a year for adjustment of status, however if going through visa bulletin, processing time is about 4-5 years. which processing time will apply for in daughter case since i will be filling I 130+I 485 together at local office?

2) While her case is pending for adjustment of status, can she qualify for getting employment authorisation card (EAD) and advance parole letter to travel out side US ?

3) Do we still need to international student fees or will she be considered green card holder?

After you get your green card in your hand, you can file a petition for your daughter. Then you will have to wait till the visa number becomes available to file her adjustment of status. currently it takes about 4 to 5 years for this type of case. As of October they are processing applications of Jan 2004, so they are almost 5 years behind.

Important: In this type of case, you daughter must remain unmarried for all the time until she gets her green card.

thank you for your reply. However, i m still not clean about following things.

1) Since i will be filing form I130 + I 485 ( adjustment of status)+ I 865 concurrently to newark office, which processing time for I-485 applies ? newark which is 1 year or reginal like vermont which is five years?

2) if the process is ging to take 4-5 years, can she get EAD card to work any where in USA ? It is very expensive to pay international fees now.

Your daughter must maintain her F1 atatus and does not qualify for a work permit. She may qualify for a campus job which pay minimum wage. She should meet with the person at her university who counsels international students on financial matters.
