Hi,
I am in the process of filling for permanent residency through my spouse and kinda got stuck with some questions.
1 ) I am filling I-130,I-131,G-325a,I-485,I-765 and I-864. Do I need to fill fc029, it was mentioned on this forum that you have to fill that too. This form is declaration from applicant that all the copies of documents attached with the forms are unaltered and true copies.
2) Do i have to get a police clearance certificate, i have been in US for 5 yrs or so.
3) Also at some places we need to fill A# number. I am not sure if i have an A# or not. I came here on F-1 and then applied for OPT, on the OPT card there is a number which looks like A# 000-000-000. My Opt card expired about a year ago. Is that my A#, if yes then do i have to write it on the form even if my OPT card expired.
