If child born in us, will parents get GC?

HI,

I need one clarification, if child born in US...parents are indians and they does not have green card and parents are eligble to stay in US for 3 years on L1 visa.

1. Will child get US citizenship?
2. Based on child's citizenship, parents can get Green card?

Tell me any other way to get a GC for a L1 visa holder.

1.- Child gets citizenship if he/she is born in the USA.
2.- Parents do not automatically get anything... (google "anchor baby"). They have to wait until the child turns 21 years of age, before he/she can sponsor them for a GC.
