Changing from H1B to family based green Card

My mother is Permanent Resisdence of U.S and She applied for me 5 years back. ( Current Prioritity Dates going on is JAN 2000 and she applied in 2003

I am in U.S on H1B from past 3 years So my Question is that as I am Already in U.S, Can i file and Expidite my process.. instead of waiting for another 4 years than I cannot wait.

Reason is that I am planning to Go back to India to Get Married and if I get married than my Case will be Dropped as Permanent Resisdence can apply for Un-married Children.

So please advice and if u need further info..feel free to ask.

You are better off trying the employment based route or remain a bachelor. How would your wife be able to come to US? There is no faster processing .
