Marriage Visa? I need info...
Who can I contact to get help to obtain a Marriage Visa? I've read all the forms I need, how much they will cost. But I have no idea what the actual prosess is. Do I have to pay everything all at one time? How soon does it have to be paid? Etc.... Also, is it safe to contact someone about this if my husband is here illegally? He over stayed his student visa, and we are trying to change all that so any information would be helpful. Thanks!

As for the immigration process, you will get all of your forms from USCIS. /us-visa-and-immigration-forms/ There is a lot of information to read on that website. This is the agency that you send everything in to. The website and the forms link will tell you how much to send and where to send it to according to where you are currently living.
As for your husband being here illegally, I don't know where you start. How did you all get married assuming that he does not have valid Identification, passport, etc. From what I have read on immihelp, i believe that he has to leave the USA and then you file the paperwork. Call a lawyer or USCIS for more accurate information before you do anything. USCIS
