My sister came from Togo as international student and applied for asylum 2 years ago .While waiting for decision to be made, she fall in love with a citizen and got married . She file the AOs under the marriage and last week received a notice of denial of the asylum case and has been refered to court What will be the option for her right now since it seems like she is pursuing 2 status. how can she drop the asylum case and be focused on the AOS. Thanks
