Hi,

I am a US Citizen and would like to apply for my parents greencard.

They are here on Visitors visa for almost 2 months now.

Can I submit all these forms together?

I-130 (petition for immediate relative)
I-485 (Adjustment of status)
I-765 (EAD)
I-131 (Advance parole if she wants to travel to India during GC processing)
I-864 (proof of income that you can support your mother)

or is there a process while applying. I live in California.
