What forms to fill for Family based GC for Parents

Hi,

What are the forms that needs to be filled when applying for my parents GC. I am a US citizen and my parents are here for last 2 months on visitors visa.

1. I-130 (petition for immediate relative)
2. I-485 (Adjustment of status)
3. I-864 (proof of income that you can support your mother)

Do I have to fill anyother forms? ( They dont need EAD or Advanced parole for now)

What additional documents are needed for this process.
1. My US Passport/Citizenship certificate
2. My birth certificate (showing my parent's names)
3. My parent's birth certificates

Do we need Medical for parents and fill out I-693 also.
