As US Citizen when i ask my dad can i ask for my sister?

As US Citizen I'm planning on requesting my dad for residence, I want to know if my sister which is a minor under 18, and lives with him will get status once he gets it.

Right now they both have visitor visas, but he won't come to live and leaves her behind. I can support them both under the I-864. But I need a solution so they will both get their residence at the same time.

No, you can't do that.

Your father's petition comes under immigrate relative (IR) category and it can't have dependents. https://www.immihelp.com/family-base...ard/index.html
