Getting Married!

Hi I am a US Citizen and I'm going to be getting married next month. I wanted to know what the fastest way to apply would be? I keep hearing that I will be required to stay in india for 90 days to submit any sponsor papers in India for my husband to be. Is that true? I have a job which I love and will not want to quit and i doubt i can take 3 months off from work. How long will it take if i submit paperwork from the states?

You can't really do DCF in India unless you permanently live there.
