We are being sponsored by our uncle under F4 and priority date is 14 Jan 1998.Now in Visa bulletin of Nov 08 the cutofff date is 22July 1997.Our hometown is India.I will be 21 years old on 6 Apr 2009.pls tell me if this is correct that if our case becomes current before i will be 21 then i can get visa?if our case becomes current in April 2009 and i will be 21 in the same month then what happens?will i get visa in that case?pls help me.
