Approved I-130
Hey there,
My dad, an american citizen, filed my petition and I fall into the category of unmarried older than 21
These are my two questions:
1- My approved I-130 has Dic 2006 as it's priority date, which means that I might have to wait three years and my tourist visa is expiring in a few months. If I stay for three years illegally will I lose my right to a green card as soon as I have my priority date?
2- Is there any way that priority dates could be changed??
