    I-130 pending

    Hi, I filed I 130 for my husband on 8aug2008 and received the I 797. He is living in Brazil still and I am in the US. Would it make a difference or speed up the process if I filed for a K3 visa so he could join me in the US? Or should I just wait for the approval of the I130?
