my name is sameer syed khaleel ahmed quadri as in my passport. my problem is, in most forms the space provided for middle name is very little. What am i supposed to enter for my middle name? my entire middle name is too big for the space provided..

My middle name also comprised of two names in my passport but i never had problem. When i applied for driving license i used one middle name and then tagged everything to my driving license name unless a form specifically asked for all first, middle, last names used (e.g fingerprinting or 485 stage they ask for all names used in life). But that was 7/8yr ago and they may have become more strict. Anyway, if that is not an option, can you send the form handwritten and squeeze in all middle names?. If that is not an option, can you mention that in a text field elsewhere on that form (no one will punish you for being honest and writing extra things anywhere on that form). Else, wait and hopefully someone else will share his/her opinion. Good Luck!
