answer to "have u ever filed a petition for other alien"

Dear everybody,
i am filing I-130 for my parents, and stuck on one question where it asks about "Have you ever before filed a petition for this or any other alien?"
since i am filing for both of my parents at the same time, do i write about it here? i have never filed I-130 before for anyone, but i did sponsor my father for visitor visa(which he did not get)in past, do i need to mention that here?
i would really appreciate any response on this !

No, you don't. that's why there is a question 1 on section D.
