Hi all,
I am filing for my parents, they scanned and send me photocopies of all affidavits and birth/marriage certificates(originals were attested) thru e_mail. 1)Now my question is, do i need to get the photocopies notarized here in USA or should i send them the way they are.
2) do i need to get the copy of my naturalization certificate notarized from bank?
3) can i use my mom's 10th grade certificate(copy) to show her dob?
4)i know i need to fill two separate petitions for both my parents, but can i still make one package for all the paperwork and do i need to send two photocopies for every certificate or just one will do?
any help is appreciated
