  • Concurrent filing and 751 questions

About to take the plunge here. I am a US citizen marrying a P1 visa holder here in the US.

We are going to file 130, 485, 864, 131, and 764 concurrently (I hope that's all of them).

    1. Am I correct in assuming that there will only be one biometric neccessary for the whole package?

    2. There are photographs and some duplication of passport copies required for each form. I am going to include photos/copies for each form, even if it seems redundant, correct?

    3. We must file a 751 within the 90 days prior to our 2nd anniversary of approval of conditional residency. Do we start counting from the date we apply or the date that my 130 or his 485 is approved? From appearances, approval could take 2 years.

    4. At what point should we expect to be called in for an interview?

Thanks for all your help. This is a great forum and site

once you get the green card, check for the expiration date printed on it, then 90 days prior to that date.
