helping a friend - I130 question ~ widowed.
my friend asked me if i knew this, but i don't, that's why i come here.
she will also sponsor her mom. her father died last year, so her mom's marital status is widowed (section C question 6).
well, after that, question 8, "date and place of present marriage (if married)", i'm assuming she has to enter N/A because she's not married anymore, am i right?
now, question 11, "Name of prior husbands" and 12 "date marriage ended", does she have to enter here her father's name and the date he passed away??? (the way i see it, he was a prior husband and that marriage ended the day he died)
please, that's all she needs to proceed.
