Green Card Interview

Hi
I have green card interview on 24th Nov, at Atlanta.... Can any one suggest me what kind of question do they ask during interview??

Also if my interview is successful then can I request to my officer to stamp on my Passport? And are they stamp or not?

Is it family based or employment based?
