Hi,
I am a Green Card Holder working in US. My wife is on a H1 visa working in US. I wanted to understand the process for applying for her GC. I have read the details on USCIS but could not get a final list of documents required for this. I would appreciate if someone can provide some guidance & a list of documents required to file the application.
We got married in April 2008. I am staying in Chicago, IL & my Wife is in Columbia, MO. We do not have join ownership of property or lease or bank accounts.
Is there a premium processing for FB GC ?
Any help/guidance is appreciated.
