Baby born to GC holder in India

Sir,

I am a permanent resident (Green card Holder) of US. Now I gave birth to a baby boy in home country (India) on my temporary visit to India. My child is only 2 months of age now.

He has Birth Certificate and Passport and is accompanying me on my return journey to US .Does the US Authority require VISA for my child to come over to US ? What is the procedure to regularize his stay with me ?

It is extremely important that you carry your baby on your first return to the US. Your child will immediately get the greencard when you arrive at the US airport (port of entry.)
