I am a US citizen and my parents are here on a visitors visa. Their visa expires in March 2009. Should I apply for their GC and also adjustment of status? Or should they go back to India and then come back here only when the GC goes through?
Also, they do not have a marriage cert. since they were married in a small village in Kerala in 1968. Would an affidavit by them do?
Any help and advice will be greatly appreciated.
