My husband and I moved from California to Indiana 4 months ago. Do we have to write a letter asking for the transfer of my I-130 to the center that is in charge of Indiana or the transfer goes with the change of address?
My I-130 was received since February 6, 2006. Do you guys have any idea about how long I have to wait to receive at least an approval letter?
