I-130 Interview information required..

hi everyone..
i got married with american citizen in 2007 and applied for green card..
after six month me and my wife had our interview..interview was fine.officer told us .that we will receive a letter with in 2 weeks. but after 8 months we received another Interview letter for I-130..
is anyone help me..what is this interview about ? they ask for passport and orignal I-30 Form.with all utilities bill,insurance,etc..
please help me .my interview is about to come

Has your wife filled an I-130 for you before you applied for adjustment of status?

not before but she applied with my i-485.

I-130 Interview Information

At the first I-130 interview, did they take your passport? did they put a stamp in it then? That will give you proof of first interview. Best wishes to you all.
