I married my wife which is american citizen for almost 2 years. I was came legal with student visa , then i met my wife 2005 and expired visa 3 years ago.

Within those years i never really go to immigration to take care I130 or anything to take care my green card. things wasn't working as like real my dream marriage. She like to party and take drugs , and i am the one who working hard and considered the one who paying most of the car payment , rent , food , party money.

things went on and off , my marriages with her , when she stop party and drugs things went great no argues etc....
when she party , she get tired , easy to angry , sick out of work, etc...
may be just me not strong enough and silly not getting the paper work and get better job so i can make her happy and she stays home.....
THings went really bad since my wife is a violence jealous person with no particular reason. Tons of times she slapped me and started hitting me , since i am a man , i have no particular offical proof to tell any domestic violence from police or anything...but this kept happened with 2 years. I just have some photos and my co worker witnesses. The end of this marriage we are divorced and i left with no status changes. I was planning to file special visa (battered spouse) but it seems i dont have official report from police or hospital. I just truely in love with her , i even want baby from her but she love the party and drugs more,....and more more disturbing mental violences (she like to cry and screaming to me and slapping hitting ) her to our marriages. I dont know what to do..............The last thing she ask (forcefully)she want 3000$ after divorce(since we are low income couple i made 3000$ a month and she only made 1600$)......iam scared since i m not yet take care any immigration stuff.....i just dont know what to do ......i talk to lawyer but i just dont have enough money too........i cant fix my credits , lots of bills and never have saving. Help ?
