I have a friend that came to the US not legally. He has since attained his greencard. If the way he came to the US was reported could he be deported and lose his greencard after haveing it for 6 months? Or what are the concequences if reported?

How did you "friend" obtain their GC? Are you thinking of turning your "friend" in? USCIS should have all the needed background history of this person in order to have granted him/her a GC? Really, what are your true motives? Remeber that you reap what you sow, Karma, etc. I hope that I am wrong but it is the vibe that I got from your "questions". Are you your brother's keeper?
