Baby Born In USA

Hi am In USA for last three years and I have having Green Card also.I got married last year now am carrying also but my husband is in India.I came to know that If my baby born in USA ,baby can take his father can u just tell me the process and how long will it take.

Baby can petition for the father, when the baby turns TWENTY ONE (21) years of age. Tough luck, but there is not a quick way...
