Urgent Help Want

My husbant is US citizen. I am a Permanent Resedent of USA 6 years. I want to bring my mother to the USA to live with us. She is 76 years old and she is widow. She is Ukrainian Citizen now. I need to know which paper-work I need to fill out and where. Do I need to contact US embassy in Kiev or can I do it here in the USA? Which way is the most easy and faster?

You need to become an US citizen first, filing N-400, after you get citizenship you can file I-130 for your mother.
