I sponsered my brother about 12 years ago. Last month I got a letter from NVC about visa avaliable. My brother married for 17 years but no child. About 5 years ago he legaly adopted two of my other brother sons now they are 6 and 8 years old. Now my question is can my brother bring his adpoted sons to USA? They are in Pakistan.
