I filed I-130 for my brother and parents with priority date April 7, 2008 when my brother was under 21. In the next month, May 11, 2008 (DOB May 11, 1987), he turned 21. His and my parents petition was approved on Sept 3, 2008 by the USCIS. However, my brother's category was brother/sister of US citizen where as my parents category was parent of US citizen. My parent's petition is current and have been issued a visa number.
Is there any way under the Child Status Protection Act to bring my brother along with my parents to the US? Please Help.
