Hii,
I have applied for OPT extensions and ask for renewal of EAD Card in May 2008. Since than there has been something wrong with the filing. So I am still without my EAD Card. I do have all documents like receipts , all conversation and letter from USCIS, and also I 765 which I submitted to USCIS.
Now the question is I have my green card interview within 10 days. And I do not have my EAD Card. So does it make any difference if I do not have renewed EAD Card?...I do have my expired EAD which I am going to take with me for GC Interview with all documents up to today.
Please help me out.
