Hi,
I had applied for i130 & 485 for my mother in feb 08& receipt date is march 3 08, finger print done in april,she also recieved her EAD & travel permit around same time frame, but after that there is no update since april. The current processing time says "6 months" , which in her case is more than 9 months now. Please let me know if its taking longer now. We were told that she would get her green card interview in 6 to 7 months.
Has anyone applied during that time frame.
How can I make inquiry for this?
