I-751 Expired and failed to renew

Hello

My friend had a conditional green card and she failed to remove the condition. Now that she has to repetition, Does she need to start from the begaining with the I-130 or Does she just file I-485 adjustment?

they can't "just start over".

Failure to file an I-751 leads to deportation. They need to get a lawyer to find out where they stand.

How long has it been since the conditional GC expired?
