I751 Petition to remove conditions on residence

My conditional Residence will expire 06/07/09 and I just want to know if I have to wait till it's exactly 3 months before it expires or can I file this petition as early as now. I appreciate any help I can get from this. Thanks.

You have to file within the 90 day period before your card expires... not before, not after.

Of course you have to wait! That's the point in it all!
You have two years to prove your marriage is not ****! Not one year, not one month! It says there: 90 days before the second annyversary of your conditional card. Not 91 days before, or not 191 days before! So count exactly 90 days (not 3 months!) before your date of expiration and this is the earliest date that you can submit your I-751 form! And you have to remain married till you get the approval! Good luck!

thank you so much! i already marked the exact date when to file the removal since 2007 but i just wanna make sure. and also, do we have to go through an interview again or it depends and might not have it anymore?

Sometimes there is a second interview. It depends on your circumstances, try to gather as much evidence since your first interview as you can. Get affidavits of relatives or friends who have known you in this time and can state that you've been happily married. You don't need to have kids, in case you wonder. Good luck!
