I am working in USA on H1B visa. 6 years for my H1B visa will expire in 2011. My sibling who is a Citizen of USA is helping me in sponsoring Green-card. I have some questions regarding the same.
1. Can my sibling sponsor Green card for me working in USA on H1B?
2. What is the time duration will it take for the entire process to take place?
3. Can I extend my H1B visa during family based green card application?
4. If my company also sponsors Green card later will this affect my family based Green-card application?
5. Should I be always on the job for this?
