Hello,
I got the appointment letter to appear for initial interview for my I-485(marri8age-based).
When we filed my husband signed Affidavit of support(I-864) for me.Now here is a problem:in the appointment notice they ask to bring his pay stubs for past 2 month,but he lost his job 3 weeks ago(company filed for bancrupcy),means he won't have paychecks for the past month,and, since he doesn't work at the moment, he's not finincially stable!! Will they consider my I-864 insufficient???Has anyone been in the same situation and what happens on interview in this case?
