My i-130 was approved 2007 Aug
My Interview was in 2008 Dec
My Gc is currently in admin Processing
I was traditionally married but not legally by my family since an year.
however i declared myself as single..
My parents want me to take my spouse to the US with me..
I have no legal documentation but was married according to the Customs( which imply marriage but living seperately till a later date as i was abroad)
my category is F2A
Please help me..
Should i marry her now, goto the US and file for her Follow to join ?
or is there another way i can do this..

Traditional marriage: is set by parents, with or without affirmation from the bride and groom.. However the couple can take up residence together at a later date..
