Im a US citizen,living in North Carolina.Recently i got married to indian citizen in india.Now i want to file a petition for my husband to join me here in usa.
All i understand now is that i have to fill and submit a form I 130 & G-325a along wid all the evidences of support and proof of relationship.
so my question is do i need some form to be filled by my husband..i was wondering if it is G-325a?
G-325a i downloaded it had four copies of similar forms so do i fill all of them and submit along wid I-130 or just one copy? and does my spouse to do the same or just one copy?
And what does he write in the box wid alien # on top right corner?
so is that all? or do i submit more alone wid I-130 (marriage certificate,photos,proof of support),G-325a? and G325a from my husband and his passport size pictures?
and please lemme know ,wots next after i submit i-130?
