Date of Birth issue- Urgent help

dear all, need help. My mother has completed 5 years as GC holder and she is keen to apply for US citizenship. Her correct Date of birth is 8th July 1946 but the GC mentions 7th July 1946. (I recently saw this typo on her GC)
Can you please tell me if she can apply for US citi with correct DOB as 8th JULY. Or Please advise me with your opinion.
