    F2B...what if sponsor died?

    hi, if i have a f2b on file and lets say the person sponsoring me died.. Am I still be qualified for the petition that i have on file?

      will it have the same priority dates? or this will be a new application..

        From my understanding the petition dies with the sponsor. But what you could do is self petition.
