Family based Greencard

Hi,

My parents are GC holders and they applied for me in 2005, at that time iam unmarried. I have married in 2006 and we came to USA in 2008.I came on H4 (dependant visa).Is there any possible to get green card(Family) for me. Is there any possible if I go through advocate to get GC.Otherwise what i have to do to get work permit or change of status. Plz give me information about this.

Your parents have to become US citizen and file a new petition on your behalf, if you are married, this petition last more than 8 years. because you would be on the F3 category.
