    Hi,

    I get employment based GC. My wife & son are out of USA.
    I need to bring them in USA.
    Do I need to fill I864 again (lawyer prepared all documents for my GC. He requested from me: w2s, bank statements, tax returns, company payroll slips...) for them in addition to I824 and other papers described on USCIS site?
