Tough one, any suggestions?

I have a friend who took on a different identity when he came to US, now he has a greencard and will soon become a citizen. Now the tricky part is he has a minor son in his home country. but the documents don't show the relationships between the two because he took on a different identity to enter US.

how can he still petition his son? can he prove they are related by doing a DNA or something?

if your friend does as much as raise any suspicions (by DNA testing). or anything that will call USCIS attention...

he will get his GC and even his citizenship revoked!

His citizenship or PR status could be revoked in the future... because he obtained them illegally.
