My wife is a greencard holder, she got it thru her father a US citizen. She had this when she was still single. We married 4 yrs ago outside the US. She is now back(Nov08) in the US working. Can my daughter(7yrs) and I join her thru "Follow to join" visa/program?
Note:She overstayed outside the US and her G.C. expired last 2003. She just re-instated her greencard this year.
